These Terms of Service govern your use of NudjNudj. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
The service
NudjNudj is a future messaging platform that allows users to create, schedule and manage future emails, reminders and communications.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use NudjNudj.
User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, keeping login details confidential and all activity occurring under your account.
Acceptable use
You must not use NudjNudj for unlawful purposes, spam, abusive or harassing communications, malware, infringement of third-party rights, impersonation or misleading communications. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
Contact information and message content
You are responsible for ensuring that any contact information uploaded to NudjNudj is collected and used lawfully. You are solely responsible for the content of messages you create, schedule and send.
Subscriptions and billing
Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Unless stated otherwise, fees are billed in advance, subscriptions renew automatically and you may cancel at any time. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, outages and technical failures may occur.
Message delivery
We take reasonable steps to deliver scheduled messages, but we cannot guarantee delivery timing, delivery success or availability of third-party providers. You should not rely on NudjNudj for critical, time-sensitive or emergency communications.
Intellectual property
The NudjNudj platform, branding, software and content are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute any part of the service except as permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as is” basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, missed reminders, failed message delivery, loss of business opportunity or loss of profits. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion would be unlawful.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached, the service is misused or where required by law. Users may close their account at any time.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published on this page.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
